Stand out as a leading industry expert at the largest, most comprehensive healthcare compliance conference. Submit a proposal to speak at the 31st Annual Compliance Institute, April 11–14, 2027. This hybrid conference will be held virtually and in person in Nashville, TN.
Proposal Submission Window: August 1–31, 2026. Late submissions and applications not submitted online will not be considered.

Presentation Formats
We welcome a variety of presentation formats, including:
- Traditional presentations (1-2 presenters)
- Panel discussions (3-4 panelist with a moderator)
- Interactive roundtable discussions (1 facilitator)
Submission Requirements
Please be prepared to provide:
- Session track category
- Session title
- Presenter and co-presenter information, including names, titles, organizations, and email addresses
- Presenter biographies, maximum one page per presenter
- Program level: Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced
- Three concise learning objectives describing what attendees will gain from the session
- A session description that gives us a better understanding of your proposal and what will be covered
- Desired session length (60 or 90 minutes)
Speaker Guidance:
- Speakers must be available to present in-person in Nashville for the hybrid conference.
- Except for government speakers, preference may be given to those who are SCCE and HCCA members.
- Traditional presentations should include one to two speakers, while panel discussions may include up to three panelists with a moderator. HCCA encourages speakers from different organizations who bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and professional backgrounds to enrich the discussion and provide attendees with a well-rounded learning experience.
- To promote a diversity of perspectives, HCCA may limi the number of times and individual speaker appears on the agenda and the number of times a single organization is represented on the agenda.

Competitive submissions typically:

- Share practical tools, frameworks, and lessons learned
- Include real-world examples and case studies
- Offer actionable tools and takeaways attendees can implement immediately
- Present diverse perspectives and experiences
