Not Receiving HCCA's Emails?
Step 1 - Check your Spam Folder
First step is to check your spam folders and see if you can find the messages there. If it's there you can mark it as "Not Junk" so they flow back to your inbox.
Step 2 - If it's a work email account - Check with Your IT Department
a- Any firewall or anti-spam software you have installed is not blocking these e-mails.
b- Whitelist our IP address
- Our emails coming through your email service come from informz.net (hcca.informz.net)
- The sender is typically subscriptions@hcca-info.org
- The HCCA IP address will be: 64.132.221.228 or 205.201.40.217
Step 3 - Update Email
Update your email address in your HCCA account to a different email you have access to. Then see if you start receiving emails there.
Step 4 - Contact HCCA
Reach out to HCCA, we can look into your specific email more and send some test emails to help diagnose the problem.
