4th annual Roy Snell Health Care Regulatory & Compliance Writing Competition Winners
This year, Health Care Compliance Association sponsored the 4th annual Roy Snell Health Care Regulatory and Compliance Writing Competition, in partnership with Mitchell Hamline School of Law. This demanding competition requires students to analyze a hypothetical fact pattern (the Competition Problem) involving an organization facing multifaceted health care regulatory/compliance matters. Students analyzed facts presented, identified any and all regulatory/compliance concerns, and advised the recipient in the problem by drafting two separate internal memoranda to two different recipients within the organization.
The competition attracted students from law schools nationwide and the submissions were outstanding! All submissions were judged by a panel of independent legal and compliance experts. Neither the entrant’s identity nor academic institution was known to the judges.
